These are older areas on the south side of Hwy 165 close to the mountain and with easy access to the National Forest. Some paved roads. Mostly individual and shared wells. Close to mountain trails and Tunnel Springs. While developing there were restrictive covenants, but they have lapsed. Architecture is mixed. Superb views!
