VILLAGE OF PLACITAS AND SURROUNDINGS

There is seldom vacant land available in the Village of Placitas although there are some large tracts that could be developed someday. Houses do come up for sale and occasionally land. Placitas Village has a community water system and also an acequia system. Not all properties have access to the acequia for irrigation purposes but a good number do. Just outside the core of the Village there are properties on individual wells.
