PLACITAS TRAILS

(and Trails South, Trails North and Roadrunner Trail)

Trails is the first area of housing on the north side of Highway 165. Developed roughly 15 years ago, houses are on 0.75 to 3 acres lots. There are mountain and mesa views. The area is mostly built out, but occasionally there is vacant land available. There are paved roads, natural gas, restrictions and covenants enforced by a homeowners association and a water cooperative.
